President’s Message

Only 2 more technical dinner meetings left for the chapter year and to earn your CPE credits. This month we are having a joint meeting with the Financial Women's Association. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at the Hanover Manor in E. Hanover, NJ. Our featured speaker will be Steve Susel, Vice President of Marshal & Stevens/ ESOP Capital Strategies, who will present; “Employee Stock Ownership Plans” (1 CPE). For our members out there who’s companies offer this type of plan, this should be a must meeting to attend! Please bring your Co-Workers.

Last month’s presentation was given by David Paino who spoke about “Lean Accounting” in a joint meeting with the West Jersey Chapter of APICS. David’s presentation was very informative. Please join me in thanking David for his time and hard work and many thanks to the West Jersey Chapter of APICS for their hard work in putting the meeting together.

Please mark your calendars for next month’s Meeting on Thursday, May 17, 2007 at the Ramada Inn in Somerset, NJ - jointly with the Raritan Valley and Princeton chapters. We will be presenting the Financial Executive of the Year Award. Please note it is a Thursday evening not our usual Wednesday evening.
