We’re looking forward to networking with our members at our 2^nd Technical Dinner Meeting of the year which will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at the Hanover Manor in E. Hanover, NJ.  Our featured speaker will be James Sutton from SolomonEdwardsGroup, who will speak on SOX in a non-SOX World.  Please see our website for information about our speaker.

Last month’s presentation by Josh Donovan on SBA Lending was very informative.  Personally, I learned a few things that will help me the next time I need to plan a strategy for financing the purchase of fixed assets; and I noticed a few members taking notes for future use as well.  Please join me in thanking Josh for his excellent presentation on behalf of the Morris-Essex Chapter.

Let me end this month’s message by reminding everyone of the wonderful learning and networking opportunities you have by attending a Technical Dinner Meeting.  I would also like to remind everyone that the chapters’ board looks to the members of the chapter for input on meeting topics as well as other ideas and suggestions to help our members maximize the benefits that membership in the IMA can provide.
