Our regular monthly meetings are held September through May, generally the third Wednesday of every month usually at the Hanover Manor in East Hanover, New Jersey.  However, be sure to check the description for the specific meetings, as we are often hold several joint meetings with other IMA chapters and other organizations, necessitating a few meetings on other days.

The evening schedule is usually as follows
            5:45 p.m.        Board meeting  (members and others always welcome to sit in on meeting)
            6:15 p.m.        Chapter fellowship & sign-in
            6:45 p.m.        Dinner served
            7:30 p.m.        Technical session begins during dessert
            8:30 p.m.        End
