Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance - Tue

          On Tuesday, December 18, Kevin O'Connor, MBA, CFI of Forensic Financial Services will speak to the chapter on Trends in Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance.
          Kevin has twenty years' experience involving third party risk management, investigative due diligence, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering and occupational fraud.  Kevin advises general counsel, compliance departments, internal auditors and procurement functions.  He has directed complex internal investigations of fraud and misconduct on behalf of Fortune 1000 companies and others, leading to the recovery of millions of dollars of criminally-derived assets.
          Kevin is a regular presenter at national and regional conferences and a leader with multiple credits including in the Wall Street Journal and Financier Worldwide.  He has led presentations at national conferences of a number of professional organizations.  Kevin is a Certified Forensic Interviewer having received extensive training including in detecting deception and elicitation.
          Kevin holds a MBA from Notre Dame and a BS in accounting from St. John's University.
